When setting up a new business or changing to a Limited Company, the paperwork involved is time consuming. When contemplating such a move, it is normally a very busy time for the business anyway. If forms are not completed on time, delays in setting up the Company can arise, which can be incredibly frustrating.

Once you have made the decision to incorporate your business, we will send you our guidance notes on Limited Companies. We will do a company search on the name you wish to use, arrange to purchase the company and complete all the paperwork on your behalf. This will include dealing with the statutory side, setting up a payroll scheme, dealing with the VAT registration and the CIS application as necessary.

What can we offer as an ongoing service?

If you choose our comprehensive package we will prepare the payroll, dividends and deal with the statutory affairs of the business. This would include the annual requirements and one off work, for example, informing Companies House about a change of Company Secretary.
